Son Chiraiya And Luka Chuppi Reviews | Mohali Businessman Karan Arora

One Is A Thrill Ride While Other Is A Dose Of Laughter

The Sushant Singh Rajpoot starrer, Son Chiraiya is out in the theaters and it seems like the film will have a tough competition as Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s Luka Chuppi is also released today. Both of the films have separate themes but both of them are the packs of entertainment.

Story Of Luka Chuppi

Vinod/Guddu is a reporter and a new story led him to Rashmi (Kriti Sanon). The reporting story soon turned into his own love story and he has desires to take it to the next level. This made him propose to Rashmi (Kriti Sanon) however, the couple came to decide that they should live-in-relationship. Their decision flips everything upside down as they are from a small town of North India where live-in is totally unacceptable. Apart from that, some certain cast related rules are followed in that town. On top of that, Rashmi’s father is a politician who is totally against the live-in.

An Unusual Live-In

So the couple started “living-in-relationship” but they told their respective families that they are married. They lied about their marriage and the entire family accepted them as a married couple. A series of dramatic yet funny incidents take place after that and the couple faced a lot of problems in order to hide their single lie.

Cast

The film encompasses quirky characters that will make you laugh your core out. Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon are looking great in their respective role. Besides that, there is Aparikshit Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi and Vinay Pathak who are extremely hilarious with their roles.
The film is packed with hilarious punches and the comic approach makes it worth watching. We would like to give 3.5/5 stars to Luka Chuppi.

Story Of Son Chiraiya

Son Chiraiya tells the story of Chambal where a pack of rebels is marked as dacoits. The dacoits have their own set of rules as they do not toss any harm to females and children. The group pursues to rob a wedding, however, the circumstances make transitions and they get their backs against the wall. A large magnitude of dacoits was killed however a handful of dacoits including Lakhan (Sushant Singh) manage to escape. After that, Lakhan had a new objective as during the escape he meets Indumati (Pednekar) and a girl little girl named Son Chiraiya who is a rape victim and need to be taken to the hospital within 48 hours.

Cast

Sushant Singh Rajput played the intense character of Lakhan and it is considered one of the best performance by him. Ashutosh Rana and Manoj Bajpayee are adroit as ever. Apart from that Bhumi Pednekar fits perfectly in the role of Indumati Tomar.

The film is packed with action and it feels like a trip to the small yet chaotic villages of Chambal. Apart from that, the film delivers loud messages against misogyny and the patriarchal society. We would like to give 3/5 stars to it.
